Warmhill Farm is an 80 acre working farm on the slopes of the Teign Valley and is ideal for family holidays and those wanting peace and quiet. The 4 bedroom farmhouse adjoins the farmer’s home on the edge of the farmyard and is a 16thC converted thatched barn with many old features remaining. Downstairs there is an entrance hall with granite staircase to the 1st floor and entrances to both the sitting room and kitchen/dining room. The sitting room has a wood burning stove (free logs provided) colour TV and DVD/video player. The kitchen/dining room has a large oak dining table, oil fired rayburn range, electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, colour TV and radio cassette player. Also downstairs is a lobby with tumble dryer and a WC/shower room. Upstairs there are 2 double bedded rooms, 1 twin bedded room with a gallery over containing a single bed, 1 three bedded room also with a curtained gallery over containing 2 single beds (suitable for children and young adults). The galleries have steep open-tread stairs both with stair gates. Also upstairs there are 2 bathrooms both with WC’s.The house has oil-fired central heating throughout and all oil, electricity, bed linen, towels and logs are included. Children are welcome to help on the farm. The Farm has an abundance of wildlife and the animals are very friendly,all the cattle have names and many love shaving a fuss made of them.
