Two twin-bedded bedrooms, spacious lounge, colour television, dining area, comfortable furnishing, wall to wall carpet, luxury fitted kitchen and luxury shower and bathroom facilities. There is also ample space for further divan beds in Lake Lodge if required. 

One of five superb Angler's Lodges fully and luxuriously equipped in a stunning lakeside setting, designed specifically for visitors who want a home from home, where they can relax and fish in complete privacy and visit the many attractions.

There are three other 1 bedroom, equally well equipped lodges - ideal for romantic breaks - or for groups of three, and spacious enough for use as a family room for couples with small children.     Lodges are available on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) for self-catering. Short-term breaks are available should any lodges not be booked and through the off-peak periods (end of October to end of March).

Indio Pond also caters for visitors who don't wish to fish. Our lakeside lodges and private setting provide the perfect venue from which to explore the endless attractions and activities in and around the stunning natural beauty of the countryside synonymous with Dartmoor National Park.

Indio Pond offers privacy yet lies within a 5 minute walk of all local facilities or a short drive to nearby towns such as Newton Abbot, Exeter and Plymouth, and coastal resorts of Torquay, Dawlish and Teignmouth.

MAGNIFICENT GROUNDS AND POOLS

Stay at Indio Pond in one of our lovely lakeside lodges - just a few yards from the bankside - imagine a fisherman's paradise and you will already be there at Indio Pond.

Why? Firstly the setting is truly superb - it's exclusively for residents only -you can fish day and/or night - there's no close season - it's completely private - it's never overfished - the number of anglers allowed to fish at any one time is strictly limited, normally a maximum of 12.

Our STOCK POND is full of carp up to about 13lb - ideal for beginners and youngsters and in addition, our location, situated on the borders of Dartmoor National Park and being a short drive from the coast make Indio Pond an ideal base for ARTISTS, WALKERS, BIRD WATCHERS, COUNTRY LOVERS, FAMILY HOLIDAYS, TOURISTS and of course FISHERMEN. With Indio Pond full of quality carp and tench what more could you ask for? Fish and keep the family happy too!

We do not provide towels, but all bed linen is provided, and we have a laundry room available.
