Large farmhouse kitchen with Aga Range and access to the garden via French windows and patio. Dining area overlooks the garden with window seats also living room which has an open granite fireplace, two large double bedrooms both with en-suite bath and shower rooms, also main bedroom with dressing area. Upstairs is an extended loft space to sleep 2-4 people with plenty of room for a play area. Enclosed and private, the garden is ideal for children and dogs; both of whom are most welcome. Welcome Packs on arrival and you can order wine from the hotel's extensive cellar. The Victorians knew just where to position their kitchen gardens, this one attracts the sun all day and is a scented paradise of peace and calm. You are invited to help yourself to flowers, fruit, veg and herbs in season.Garden Cottage is available for weekly lets all year round including Christmas and New Year and for short breaks of 3 nights minimum from November-April.Hotel facilities are available to guest of Garden Cottage including the following: restaurant dining, fly fishing on the hotel's beat of River Dart, beauty treatments, riding, wildlife walks, hawking on Dartmoor, just ask, we can organise most things.
