 Discounts may be available on stays longer than a week - please ask! Bank Holidays are charged at 'weekend rate' £150 deposit required before booking is confirmed (tentative bookings will be held for 1 week and showed as greyed out on availability calendar) Balance to be received at least 4 weeks before stay or within 1 week of booking, whichever is later. £100 Refundable 'key deposit' required before key is despatched to encourage prompt return of key after stay and to cover any minor damage / breakages etc. Electricity is provided by a £1 slot meter (to encourage responsible energy usage)
