Haywain, originally the ground floor of the old farmhouse, has now been converted to a comfortable apartment with modern conveniences, while still retaining its original character. The cottage is entered from the rear of the farmhouse, via a conservatory which enjoys magnificent sea and coastline views.

The conservatory leads into the well-equipped farm kitchen/diner, with electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, and washing machine/dryer. The character lounge has an original open slate fireplace, where a log or coal fire can be enjoyed. It contains a TV with Sky Digital and DVD & VCR players, coffee table, and comfortable suite. 

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms - a front bedroom with two single beds, and the rear bedroom with a double bed overlooking sea and valley views.  Linen is provided free of charge and beds are made up for your arrival.

At the rear of the farmhouse is a patio with planted tubs, garden furniture, washing line, and ample room to enjoy the barbecue provided. There is a large veranda where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a quiet drink overlooking the sea. There is also a private lawned garden below the patio, planted with a variety of flowering shrubs.

Electricity is provided in the price. Cot and highchair are available free on request. Children are most welcome but we are unable to accept pets, however there is a local kennels and cattery closeby. There is private parking for one car; extra cars by arrangement.
