A comfortable, well-equipped bungalow with lovely views across farmland to Roserrow Golf Course. Easy walking distance (0.5 miles) to Polzeath and Daymer beaches. The bungalow sleeps 6 and the accommodation comprises of: 1 double bedroom with king size bed; 2 twinned bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 2 loos; lounge with colour TV(freeview) and video; dining room with tv; kitchen - with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The property is double-glazed and is heated by night storage heaters and electric fires. There is a meter which takes pound coins. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be hired.The is a large verandah and a small sunroom for meals etc, and a sun trap garden looks towards farmland, distant moors and the golf course. A tank is provided for rinsing wetsuits and a footbath for sandy feet!The garden is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture is provided. Pets are allowed but they should not be left unattended is the bungalow. There is parking space for 2-3 cars, and there are 2 public houses within walking distance. There is also a very good local shop/post office for basics and delicious homecooked food. The coast path is easily accessible and the Eden Project is within an hour's drive. Sailing and waterskiing are available at nearby Rock and Polzeath surfing beach is within walking distance.
