As you enter the granite hallway turns to a large open plan living area with its original high-beamed ceiling and granite floor. With a well-equipped hand built country kitchen, dining area, comfy sofas, TV, video, DVD and for those cosy winter evenings, column radiators and a wood burning stove.

The two bedrooms consist of a main double bedroom with en-suite shower room with mosaic tiled shower cubicle and twin room. There is also a large bathroom with luxury freestanding bath on the original slate floor.

Stable Cottage has its own outdoor BBQ area, in the courtyard, with access to a grass area and our own private woodland.

Parking for 2 cars close by. A perfect location, within easy reach of the North Cornish Coast, coastal and moorland walks, surfing at Polzeath, sailing or fishing at Rock, sandcastles at Daymer Bay or cycling along the Camel Trail. Tea and homemade cake on arrival. Grocery boxes arranged.
