Penlee Boathouse is a spacious, light, airy and well-equipped flat for two. Situated above the owners boat store on Porthcressa Road it is a very handy location for the shops, Porthcressa and Town Beach, the Quay and harbour, tripper boats and lots of coastal walks. Pubs, restaurants and seasonal social events (plays, operas and concerts) are a short walk away.The flat has a large lounge/dinning area with a glimpse of a sea view over Porth Cressa, St. Agnes' Channel and Hugh Island for a personal weather prediction. It has one bedroom which can be double or twin, a bathroom and kitchen on the first floor. Downstairs is a large entrance hall. Outside is a private courtyard garden with patio furniture and a washing line.All linen is provided. You will need to bring your own beach towel, or you can hire one from Scilley Linen Tel 01720 422211. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use. There are electric convection heaters available and electricity is on a £1.00 coin meter.The accommodation is a non-smoking environment.
