The Lookout, formerly a coastguard cottage, is situated in the beautiful Penberth Valley in the southern most tip of Cornwall. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is conveniently placed for coves, beaches and spectacular coastal walks. It is also within walking distance to the famous Minack Theatre. The local village of Treen (a quarter of a mile away) has a good general shop and a most attractive inn within walking distance with a children''s room and good food. Penberth Cove (three quarters of mile away) is a completely unspoilt fishing Cove.The cottage provides all that one could wish for in a holiday home. It is carpeted throughout and comfortably appointed. It has a separate sitting room and a dining room with adjoining kitchen. There is an open fire in the dining room and heating throughout. The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor; one with a double bed, one with twin beds and a third has a single bed. There is also a folding bed, if required. All beds are supplied with duvets. The bathroom, on the ground floor, has bath and shower. The cottage has a large, enclosed garden to the rear and a small front garden.
