Bluebell Cottage is a barn conversion with exposed beams & serpentine blue stone walling, allowing the cottage to retain its charm yet still offering attractive & comfortable accommodation for up to five people. Bluebell cottage has full central heating, with the heating being provided by a traditional Rayburn cooker in the kitchen. Other cooking facilities include an electric cooker plus a microwave. For your convenience an automatic washing machine & fridge freezer are also included. The large lounge has a comfortable three piece suite, a writing desk, plus TV. & Video, the room is duel aspect providing a light airy. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a half tester double bed, with net draping above the bed & to either side, covering the wardrobe areas. This room also has a chest of draws, mirrors & wash hand basin. The second bedroom is large, it has three single three-foot beds, and two are as bunks while the third is separate, again a wardrobe, a chest of draws, & bedside cupboards are included. Last but not least the cottage has a fully tiled wet room, with a very large walk in shower, hand washbasin, & toilet. There is an enclosed garden with ample parking space. Bluebell Cottage is located on a working farm and there is plenty of room for children to play safely, investigate the 120 acres of farmland and view the cattle and sheep. There is also a games room available for shared use. The cottage is situated at Trelease farm, St. Keverne, on the picturesque Lizard peninsular in a designated "area of outstanding natural beauty" with sandy beaches, small Cornish coves & the sheltered estuaries of the Helford River, all within a three-mile radius of the cottage. Trelease is farmed along organic lines, working with nature, to help the environment. We receive help & advice from the “Countryside & Forestry Commissions”. We have a woodland walk, that extends to 3 miles. It winds through the woods, passes the ponds and on through our natural wetfield flower meadows. From this walk the whole farm can be seen. We are situated on a peninsular, virtually surrounded by water, meaning that there are many beaches, or sheltered inlets within a 6 mile radius. Each village has at least one pub, so you will be spoilt for choice. 2 miles from Coverack, 3 miles from the Helford river. 2 miles from St.keverne, 11 miles from Helston,Trelease Farmhouse was once a courthouse and dates back over 400 years, having been mentioned in the Doomsday Book.
