Trelease Farmhouse (sleeps 12) was once a courthouse and dates back over 400 years, having been mentioned in the Doomsday Book. It features oak beams obtained from shipwrecks off the Cornish coast. The Farmhouse sleeps up to 12 people, and can be used as a centre for a truly relaxing break.
Activities include walking the many rural and cliff paths, local watersports, fishing, or just finding a nearby cove to relax and take in the air.
Situated on the unspoilt Lizard peninsular in a designated "area of outstanding natural beauty" with sandy beaches, (the sea at Coverack is only two miles away) small Cornish coves & the sheltered estuaries of the Helford River, all within a three-mile radius of the cottage.

Trelease is farmed along organic lines, working with nature, to help the environment. We receive help & advice from the “Countryside & Forestry Commissions”. We have a woodland walk, that extends to 3 miles. It winds through the woods, passes the ponds and on through our natural wetfield flower meadows. From this walk the whole farm can be seen.
We are situated on a peninsular, virtually surrounded by water, meaning that there are many beaches, or sheltered inlets within a 6 mile radius. Each village has at least one pub, so you will be spoilt for choice.
