St.Agnes is a very peaceful village with shops, restaurants and bars, situated on the north coast, approximately 9 miles from Truro and midway between Newquay and St.Ives. 'Trezeniam' is a modern style detached dormer bungalow with four bedrooms. It is located between the village of St. Agnes and the beach of Trevaunance Cove, where surfing, and swimming can be enjoyed. Holiday attractions surrounding the area include a Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, Newquay Zoo with a Fun Pool and The Eden Project, which is within a fourty-minute drive. Kitchen/diner with newly fitted kitchen units and dining furnishings, natural slate flooring equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The lounge has an open fireplace, colour t.v. video and a DVD player and surround sound. On this level bedroom one with 3ft twin beds (can be converted to a double bed) and a wash hand basin, bedroom two with a double bed also with a wash hand basin. Bathroom with a shower, bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Upstairs: Bedroom three has a 3ft single bed and bedroom four has a 3ft and a 2ft 6ins bed.
