This detached house has a spacious lounge leading onto a terrace through sliding doors. There is a separate dining area and kitchen connected by serving hatch. There is 1 double bedroom that has a balcony. There are 2 twin bedrooms with one having an en-suite bathroom, and the other having a double bunk-unit . There is a separate shower in the main bathroom.  

At the eastern end of Praa Sands, you will find a small and secluded private estate overlooking Mounts Bay, This is Sea Meads.

The outlook is due south with rising hills to the North and East, making an ideal environment for the estates sub-topical trees and shrubs.

Within the well tended grounds are the FIVE detached houses and ONE bungalow are within these well tended grounds, each with their own private garden. This peaceful and relaxing setting will make you will feel totally at home.

The mile long sandy beach of Praa Sands has a mile long sandy beach is a few minutes walk away with no busy roads to cross. This safe and sheltered beach is ideal for families with young children.

The Post Office and other shops are also only five minutes walking distance away. Other local attractions include, nearby riding stables and the nine hole Praa Sands Golf Centre is less than a mile away. Three eighteen hole golf courses with cliff top locations within easy reach by car. Public tennis courts are also available at Helston and Penzance.

The surrounding area has some delightful cliff walks. Rinsey Cove, Trewavas Head and the fishing village of Porthleven are towards the East. Towards the West are Hoe Point, and the twin coves of Prussia and Bessie's, both famous in smuggling days.

Penzance and Porthleven both have fishing trips available, with Bass & Pollock able to be caught from the beach.

Carn Brea Leisure Centre, which is Cornwall's largest indoor complex, near Redruth, offers a variety of facilities with a swimming pool, squash, gym, restaurant & bar.

The Earth Satellite Tracking Station and Flambards theme park are both nearby at Helston and well worth a visit.

The recently opened Maritime Museum at Falmouth and a number of other 'theme parks' are within 30 minutes drive.
