The Lounge is well furnished with deep comfortable sofas, coffee table, wide screen TV DVD/video player and CD music center. There is a reading lamp and a wide selection of paperback books and playing cards.
The kitchen and dining room are open-plan with the dining area overlooking the outer Harbour. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing/dryer machine and toaster.
There is comfortable elegant dining for eight guests. Separate vestibule with WC and hand basin.
The ground floor bedroom has twin (3ft) beds, side tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table.
As you proceed up the wide stairs the first bedroom you come to is the large master bedroom. The king size bed has a lovely deep headboard and side tables with lights. There is a wardrobe, dressing table and a tub chair where you can sit and watch the boats going out for their daily catch.
The next bedroom is another double bedded room (4ft 6in). There are fitted wardrobes and shelving and a pretty dresser and stool. This bedroom has a hand basin with hot and cold water available.
Bedroom 4 is the bunk bedded room (full 3ft) and has a pine combination unit, bedside table and lamp.
The bathroom has an easy to use shower over the bath, shaver point and heated towel rail. There is a separate W. C. and hand basin.

Several of our properties are next to one another, ideal for extended family holidays.All our cottages are equipped to the highest standards and include dishwashers, washers/dryers, fridges, freezers, microwaves, wide screen TV, DVD/video players and CD music centres, garden furniture and barbecues. We use quality brand towels and bed linen. Nestling next to each other on the side of the harbour we have 1,2,3 & 4 Jerboa Cottages (all sleep 4). You can sit outside your cottage and watch the fishermen going about their business on the fisherman''s quay. Harbourside is a smart apartment (sleeps 4) on the side of the harbour with views onto the middle and outer harbour. Just a few steps to the beach you have a choice of Beach Cottage or Beachcomber Cottage, (both sleep 6). The front of the cottages look over the beach while the double bedroom (en suite) at the rear of the cottage overlooks the harbour. If you are after a more secluded cottage then Fisherman''s Loft (sleeps 2) and Fisherman''s Retreat (sleeps 4) are for you. These converted net lofts are our most popular. Nestling on the outer harbour they have their own parking area. For a large family we have Cordelia (sleeps 8), this light and airy cottage has stunning views across to the pier and the beaches.
