This traditional cottage has an enclosed front garden with well stocked flowerbeds patio area and garden furniture. The rear of the cottage overlooks the Harbour and there is an enclosed rear yard and shed - ideal for storing cycles for those who want to explore the county's cycle ways. Newly redecorated in warm cream with striking contrasting colours and textures - total luxury. and what a position - right opposite the beach. The cottage sits next to Beach Cottage - very handy for extended family or friends who require the convenience of being able to holiday together. The lounge has comfortable sofas and loads of cushions just perfect to curl up in with a good book. There is a coffee table and occasional light. There is a wide screen television with freeview digital reception, a combined video and DVD player and a CD/Tape music center. The dining area has a large extending oval table and matching chairs, and occasional lamp. There is a matching dresser and inset shelving on which you will find a variety of paperbacks, jigsaws,cards and chess set.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob and integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom overlooks the outer harbour and enjoys an ensuite shower room. There is a further double bedded room and one bunk bed room (3ft beds) which both have stunning views overlooking the beach. There is a family bathroom with an easy to use shower over the bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The cottage has gas central heating with the addition of a gas fire in the lounge.
