The cottage is attached to the public house and can sleep up to 4 people and a baby. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. There is no on site parking but a pay and display car park is on the quay and a large car park is further up the hill.The cottage is self contained with central heating and consists of a shower room and toilet, lounge, kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with double bed and bed settee. The Lugger Inn is on the quay at Polruan, overlooking a small beach and a boat yard and has views up the River Fowey and the harbour. A passenger ferry runs River Fowey from the end of the quay.Cross the harbour from Fowey to Polruan by ferry and you enter a different world. Little cottages cling to the hillside interlaced with winding steps, alleys and passageways. There are marvellous views of Fowey from everywhere in Polruan and a superb marine panorama from the top of the hill. There are many walks in and around Polruan.
