Tucked away down a lane is this warm attractive four-bedroom cottage set in secluded gardens. It is situated in peaceful countryside only a few minutes from the quiet hamlet of Bolingey and only 3/4 mile from Perranporth. A five-minute walk from 'Rosery' you will find a pleasant 17th Century pub and a Post Office/General store with many footpaths with picturesque scenery. Perranporth is well known for its golden sandy beach but if you want a day away from the beach you can walk around the shops, go for a walk across the cliffs or visit a few of Cornwall Attractions.Rosery Cottage sleeps 6 Front entrance into a furnished lounge/ diner with beamed ceilings. There is a three-piece suite, colour T.V with video player and a stone and slate fireplace housing a wood-burner (own fuel required). Kitchen comprises: electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and there is a washing machine in the utility room. On this floor there is a W.C. wash hand basin, shower cubicle with an electric shower. Open plan stairway from the lounge to the four bedrooms upstairs: bedroom one has a double bed with an en-suite shower, wash-basin and W.C. and a colour T.V. Bedroom two has twin beds, bedroom three and four have a 3ft bed in each room (one has a portable colour T.V.) A children's playroom/chalet has been built along side the garden (five steps up from the garden). There is garden furniture, games and toys, which can be enjoyed by the younger members of the family there is a colour T.V. and playstation with games.
