No children under the age of 5. Parking for 3 cars. Homes in PendoggettMay’s Cottage is situated in North Cornwall, just inland from the Padstow to Port Isaac coastline. The detached cottage is in a rural enclave and is surrounded by rolling grassland. It is beautifully peaceful and quiet but has the convenience of village shopping facilities at nearby St Teath and St Kew Highway. This is one of the better Cornwall Homes in Pendoggett found in the area. More extensive facilities at Rock and Wadebridge can be accessed after a 10-15 minute car drive.The northern coast beaches of: Rock, Polzeath, New Polzeath, Daymer and Portquin are all but 15 minutes away, providing opportunities for swimming, sailing, windsurfing, water-sking, surfing, crab fishing or just plain ‘bucket and spading’. There are also numerous golf courses in the vicinity and the coastal paths and Camel Way provide walkers, hikers and cyclists with a variety of challenges. North Cornwall also boasts beautiful gardens and National Trust sites together with the world famous Eden Project.
