The accommodation has been converted with comfort and convenience in mind and are arranged as follows:

Both apartments have heating to make your stay comfortable at any time of year.

• The lounge and bedrooms are carpeted and there is a colour TV .
• The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave
• All beds have duvets and pillows
• The bathroom includes a bath and shower and shaving point 

Apartment 1 - Sleeps 4

Ground Floor: Kitchen and lounge/diner 
Middle Floor: Bedroom with double bed, Bathroom with bath and shower
Top Floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds plus room for a cot

Apartment 2 - Sleeps 5

Ground Floor: Kitchen and lounge/diner 
Middle Floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with bath and shower
Top Floor: Bedroom with 1 double and 1 single beds plus room for a cot

• Non Smoking Accommodation
  from 1st January 2006
• Friday to Friday bookings (except in low season)
• Parking - we use the public car parks nearby where you can buy a weekly ticket (more information available if required)
• Viewing of the flats is welcomed (normally Fridays 10am - 2pm)
• Electricity is included in the price
• Distance to the shops, banks, PO etc approximately 100 metres  

High Season: £425.00 - £650.00 per unit per week

Low Season: £275.00 - £425.00 per unit per week

Short breaks avaiable off season (November to end March)
