Badger’s Sett Cottage is the former Dairy and Milking Parlour, so is all on one level. There are two comfortable brown leather sofas in the Large Lounge giving the room a very pleasant, cosy feel to it.

There is a stone and slate fireplace that now has an electric Woodburner fire and feature slate corner. There is a dining area, with mahogany table and chairs. The well equipped kitchen is separated off, with a lovely old stained glass screen, from the lounge. There is a new Electric Cooker, Microwave, Dish Washer and is fully equipped for 4 people. 
The Lounge also has a 37” Plasma screen TV, with Freeview and DVD player. Two steps lead up to the patio door that leads to the outside private seating and barbecue area. Further steps lead up to the rest of the gardens.

A door leads off the kitchen to a corridor. Door leading to the newly refurbished, for 2010, bathroom, complete with a Roll Top bath with Shower in, toilet and wash hand basin. Door to Laundry Area with W/M and T/ Dryer. Bedroom 2 is also accessed from this corridor, with twin Antique walnut 3 ft. single beds, dressing table and wardrobe.

Bedroom 1 is at the end of the corridor, with King Size four poster bed, large mahogany wardrobe, chest of drawers, wash hand basin and LCD TV with Freeview.

• Beds for the number of people booked will be fully made up ready for your arrival. Also 2 tea towels and bath mat are provided. Towel hire is available, please fill in the appropriate space on the Booking Form.
• A contribution to electric costs can be made via the Electric Coin Meter (£1) approx. £2 per day.
• A good supply of books to read and games to play. Many homely touches: Plants, pictures, cushions.
• Its own barbecue, Patio Table with Benches
• A Cot and High Chair can be supplied free of charge, but please bring all your baby's linen and towels
