Barn Owl Cottage is the largest one of four available cottages. It is spacious, with a porch leading into the lovely large dining room, with a fabulous 19th Century Refectory Table, settle and chairs, comfortably seating 8 people. Lovely old Chiffonier Dresser.

Through to a recently built Kitchen, with Range Cooker, American Fridge/ Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher etc. The door from the kitchen leads to a fully equipped Shower Room and a further bathroom, which has bath, toilet and wash hand basin. This is a very pretty room, with dual aspect windows over the gardens.

Bedroom 1 leads off the Dining Room and has an  antique double brass bed stead, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wash hand basin, LCD TV with Freeview.

Bedroom 2 is next to this room, with a single 3 ft. four- poster bedstead and another 2ft. 6ins. single bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wash hand basin.

The open stairs from the dining room lead up to a lovely, spacious lounge with high, vaulted ceiling with original old beams.Triple aspect windows, door to Juliette balcony, for a smoker!

The Lounge is a lovely large room with leather suite and chairs, big bookcase with plenty to read and board games. 42" Plasma Screen TV with Freeview, DVD player.

Door leads off to Bedroom 3, with a pretty double four poster bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wash hand basin, LCD TV with Freeview.

Another door off the lounge leads to Bedroom 4, which has twin 3ft antique Brass bed steads, wardrobe and dressing table.

We can put a cot into Bedroom 4, although it is a bit of a squeeze!

Outside there is a garden to lawn, with a large Barbecue, table and chairs. There are further gardens with swings, slide, see saw and a grass tennis area. This gives plenty of space for children to run and play.
