12 Clemens Close is a delightful property at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac in Newquay, just a short walk to the town centre and beaches. The property offers 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom all of which house their own sink and vanity units as well as built in wardrobes. There is also one "z bed" suitable for children which make the house able to accommodate up to 9 people. All the beds have duvets, and duvet covers, other bed linen as well as towels are all included in the price. Also upstairs is a tasteful bathroom which offers a corner bath as well as a separate shower. Downstairs is a large lounge with marble fireplace with a modern coal effect fire. The lounge is comfortably furnished with cream leather sofa's and an upright piano, as well as a 34 inch colour television, video and multi region DVD player, there are a selection of DVD's and board games for visitors to enjoy. Off the lounge are French doors leading to the patio area. There is a separate dining area which also houses a cd player, computer with dvd player as well as 24 hour high speed broadband access. There is a kitchen with hand made canadian pine wood units, and a breakfast bar, directly off the kitchen is a large utility room which houses all the modern appliances including washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave and fridgefreezer. There is also a downstairs toilet for added convenience. The garden is a delight and has been specifically planted to attract wild birds, with annual nesting birds, as well as bull finches and green finches amongst others being regular visitors. There is a large Eucalyptus and a curly Willow which house the resident hammock, as well as a barbeque and large patio for our visitors pleasure. The house is positioned well back from the road in a quiet cul-de-sac and has housing for up to 4 cars on the private area in front of the house. We regret that no pets are permitted and the property is to be strictly non smoking Things to do in Newquay Newquay is a place with so much to do - at any time! The Blue Reef Aquarium is well worth a look, on Towan Promenade brings the Atlantic on-shore with a fascinating slice of life beneath the waves. As your thoughts move from day to evening entertainment, why not book your seats for the latest in laughter at The Lane Theatre, or you can travel a bit further a field and visit the truly spectacular open air Minack Theatre. The local swimming pool has all round family fun and entertainment, with Fun pool, 25m swimming pool, viewing gallery and cafe, licensed bar serving hot and cold bar food, garden, terrace, bandstand entertainment and the popular junior discos. There's also a new fitness centre, with gym and dance studio. A visit to Newquay Zoo will turn a dull day into a memorable one, for this is no ordinary zoo. A childrens area where they can learn by watching and handling harmless animals like ducks and rabbits. The Tropical House doubles as a rare breeding and education centre where you can see many exotic - and endangered - reptiles and insects. The Aviary cleverly replicates the rainforest in which its 100 different species live. And for those who want to learn more about the bigger mammals there are Pumas and a Lion House - with the fun element of an assault - course, adventure play - park, Tarzan Trail and Dragon Maze to ensure all tastes are catered for.
