A spacious comfortable semi detached house in an elevated position above Newlyn harbour with panoramic views across Mounts Bay to the Lizard. On the first floor is a spacious sitting room with TV and video, comfortably furnished, with stripped pine floors, double-glazed picture windows with outstanding views over the bay. Sliding doors lead you to the dining area of a well fitted oak kitchen/dining room with oven and hob, microwave, food processor, freezer and automatic washer/drier. There are two large bedrooms on the ground floor, one with TV and both with vanity basins, with a double and two single beds respectively, and a bathroom/wc with handbasin and electric shower over the bath. Beds have duvets. Bed linen, night storage heaters and general electricity are included and towels are available on request. A hairdryer, travel cot, stair gate, barbecue and garden furniture are provided. Chy Nessa is approached by a short flight of gated steps leading up to a patio garden. (Neither these steps nor the internal stairs are suitable for unsupervised small children). There is a small private courtyard behind the house suitable for storing surfboards and also for hanging out washing. There is a lock-up garage for one family car about 50 yards away which belongs to the property and additional parking is available in the adjacent 24-hour pay & display car park. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome and can be walked nearby on the foreshore between Newlyn and Mousehole and also on the sandy beach at Long Rock. Chy Nessa's rear yard is fully enclosed.
