Trehovel is a large bungalow style building, set back from the road, down it''s own private drive in a very quiet location. Trehovel was built in 1991 to a very high standard, featuring double glazing and an abundance of wood finishes, including wooden floors and rugs right through the house. The inside of the property has a wonderfully light and spacious aura. There is a large, enclosed, private garden laid to lawn around the circumference of the house giving a perfect play area for children, where the adults can keep an eye on them from within the house.

From the sitting room and kitchen there are panoramic views over the countryside towards the Mylor creek area. The property gives you a high degree of privacy from the outside world and is a perfect location for beach and boat lovers alike. Mylor has several very well stocked village shops, a pub, butcher and greengrocer. Mylor Harbour is a couple of minutes drive with various boating facilities, a pub/restaurant, café and shop. Falmouth is approximately 5 miles by road, or you can catch the ferry from Flushing for a small charge. Flushing, Penryn and Truro are approximately 2, 3 and 8 miles away.

From Trehovel you can walk to Weir Point in 15 minutes, where there is a peaceful, safe and secluded beach. The Pandora Inn, a popular pub on the waters edge and the more local Lemon Arms are 15 and 5 minutes walk, respectively. The property has oil fired central heating and is comfortably and tastefully furnished.

The living room is very light and airy receiving the sun all day with huge windows overlooking the garden and countryside beyond, with seating right along the front window. The kitchen has pine kitchen units, with an adjoining breakfast area a tiled floor and a table and four chairs and is fully equipped. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a further bedroom.The garden is large and enclosed with a vast patio area and picnic bench. There are sitting out areas on all sides of the house to catch the sun at all times of the day, plus a BBQ.
