Carleon is a self contained centrally heated holiday cottage annexed to the right of the main house and overlooks a south facing 'continental styled' cobbled and paved area which is stocked with an abundance of flowers, shrubs palm trees and a beautiful camellia tree. The small sunny patio area is an ideal place to enjoy a 'Pimms' after a hard day on the beach and watch the sunset over Mount's Bay or the surfers riding the last rolls of the day.Entered via the kitchen/ diner having sea views, radiator, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Lounge with two comfy armchairs, radiator, colour TV with teletext and video recorder. Double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and radiator. Shower room with ceramic tiled floor, shower cubicle having a tiled seat and grab rail, hand basin, toilet and radiator. Trewoon is situated in a spectacular front line position directly overlooking a picturesque sandy beach at Poldhu Cove. The beach is popular with bathers and surfers and there are lifeguards on the beach from the third week of May to Mid September. Dogs are banned from the beach during Easter to October.The grounds at Trewoon extend to some 2.5 acres and run down to the cove, access to the beach can be obtained via a private gate. The rear grounds run adjacent to Mullion Golf Course.Guests are welcome to use the extensive and well-stocked grounds at Trewoon.
