This property is a traditionally converted fisherman's net loft in the picturesque village of Mousehole. Situated in a quiet turning close to the harbour side, with its' many cafes, shops, all amenities. The nearby bus stop has a half hourly service to Newlyn and Penzance from where you can connect with many other parts of Cornwall. Guest accommodation consists of a fully fitted and working kitchen complete with fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and washer dryer. The comfortable beamed lounge has telephone, TV and video facilities as well as a dining table, chesterfield settee and wood burning stove for cosy nights and Christmas holidays. The newly refurbished bathroom has a toilet, sink heated towel rail and fully functioning electric power shower and cubicle. the bedroom sleeps two in the spacious king sized bed, along with a built in wardrobe, chest of draws and an extra dedicated hanging and storage area for bulkier items such as bags, coats and walking boots etc. Heating is provided by two night storage heaters as well the multi-fuel stove in the living area. The net loft is decorated to a high standard throughout with all electricity, heating and bed linen included in the price.
The KitchenThe well-equipped kitchen has all of the mod cons to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.It has a cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge as well as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, toaster, kettle and a host of other items that are essential for either a quiet meal for two or a quick bite before a stroll to the pub. The BedroomThe bedroom has a king size bed complete with all sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover & a bedside table both sides complete with lamp. The duvet can be split for lighter summer use & there is a blanket for those extra cold winter nights.There is a built in double wardrobe along with a chest of draws, which should provide you with plenty of space for your clothes. To the left of the chest of draws is a larger storage & hanging area for bulkier items such as bags, suitcases, boots, rucksacks & larger coats etc. The BathroomThe Bathroom has recently been refurbished and consists of a toilet, sink and fully functioning electric shower & cubicle. There is a mirror and light complete with shaving socket above the sink. Living AreaThe main living area has a table and chairs, chesterfield settee, TV & video, a nest of three tables with two independent lamps as well as the main light, along with a collection of videos & books on the shelves beside the fire and in the TV/video unit. All areas of this accommodation are well-lit, clean, tidy and newly decorated in subtle colours. The lounge, bathroom & bedroom are carpeted, whilst the kitchen has cushion flooring. The bus stop is located opposite the "Old Coastguard".
