It enjoys a quiet village location, has its own large enclosed garden with hot tub with fabulous countryside views.  It also has full use of a range of facilities offered at the owner's complex, just 500 metres away at Court Farm, Marhamchurch.

It has 2 double bedrooms with 5 foot oak beds (one bedroom is en-suite), a twin room and a seperate bathroom plus shower cubicle.

The owners live on the main site at Court Farm and so are always nearby should there be a problem of just to offer general advise to make your holiday all the more enjoyable and relaxing.

The local town of Bude is only 10 minutes away by car, or by foot along the picturesque canal path, offering gorgeous beaches one with a safe seawater swimming pool, shops, golf course, horse-riding and “splash” indoor leisure centre. There are also 3 supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants and nightlife for your evening’s entertainment.

Other picturesque villages nearby include Boscastle and Tintagel, and a little further afield are Wadebridge, Padstow where the Camel-trail linking the two offers miles of exploration by foot or bicycle. The famous Eden Project is also within easy reach by car.
