On the ground floor of Wagtail Barn is a sitting room, a large kitchen diner and a shower room with WC and basin. From the dining room a back door leads to a garden that offers open views over adjacent farmland. Upstairs there are two bedrooms – one double and one with two 3-foot single beds – each fitted with pine wardrobes.

Titson is just under 2 miles south of Marhamchurch, 3 miles inland from Widemouth Bay, and 5 miles from Bude.
From your base at Budds Barns you will be ideally located to explore and enjoy some of the finest attractions of North Cornwall and Devon:- National Trust properties. Legendary Bodmin moor, and the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. The Eden Project, recognised now as the third most popular tourist attraction in Britain. The South West Coastal Path, the Tarka and Camel Trails and the Sustrans National Cycle Route are all nearby. We believe that Bude is 'a well kept secret, once discovered, rarely forgotten'.
