The Farmhouse is in the center of the complex at Court Farm and contains many original features, individual character & charm. It also has its own enclosed garden with large slate patio area and picnic table seating 12.

Ground floor: Spacious living room with gas 'wood burner' in a large cornish stone fireplace. Large dining room with inglenook fireplace and ornamental stove. Two steps down to a well equipped shaker style kitchen.

First floor: Two double bedrooms, (both with TV) with an additional single bed (for +1). Two further doubles, with ensuite shower room/WC. One twin-bedded room. Private bathroom/WC with over-bath shower.

The local town of Bude is only 10 minutes away by car, or by foot along the picturesque canal path, offering gorgeous beaches one with a safe seawater swimming pool, shops, golf course, horse-riding and “splash” indoor leisure centre. There are also a supermarket and a wide selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants and nightlife for your evening’s entertainment.

Other picturesque villages nearby include Boscastle and Tintagel, and a little further afield are Wadebridge, Padstow where the Camel-trail linking the two offers miles of exploration by foot or bicycle. The famous Eden Project is also within easy reach by car.

There is also a choice of three moors are within an hour’s drive and grants opportunities for excellent walking and mountain biking, whilst the Tamar Lakes are just a few miles inland. The Lower Tamar Lake offers course fishing, bird-watching and shoreline walking, while the upper Tamar Lake provides facilities for a range of water sports including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing (with instruction).
