Trevara is an early 19thC character cottage situated in a prime coastal location, tucked away from the road and public eye an yet only two minute walk to the centre of Marazion, St Michael’s Mount and the beach.The cottage offers very spacious and well-furnished accommodation. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with an open fire, comfy chairs, TV and video; this room leads on to a small sunroom. The sitting room and sunroom overlook the garden and the bay. The kitchen is well equipped and the houses the old Cornish range (but all the cooking is electric). The kitchen leads on to both the dining room and the games room. The Games room has a small snooker table, card table, and numerous games and puzzle books. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom is very spacious and with single beds has access to a flat roof, which affords further views of The Bay and The Mount. The second bedroom is well proportioned and has an outlook to the Mount. The third bedroom consists of two single beds and also offers good accommodation. There are two bathrooms one with bath, washbasin and WC. The other bathroom has an electric shower, WC and wash basin. There is a further separate WC. Outside there is a pretty private completely enclosed garden, which overlooks The Bay and St Michael’s Mount. The garden faces South/South West, for the best part of the day you are bathed in sunlight. A paved patio area to just sit and relax whilst enjoying the view, the sweep of Mounts Bay and a spell binding sight of St Michaels’s Mount. There is parking space for two cars and easy access through the garden from the parking area of the cottage. Trevara is an ideal cottage for all ages. Surrounded by seascapes, walks, shops, art galleries, and gardens. Surfing, sailing riding schools, scuba diving, restaurants, and pubs are all easily accessible.
