Tremel is a deceptively spacious, comfortable furnished Cornish Cottage in the centre of historic Marazion, situated between the church and the chapel and only about 2 minutes from the beach and shops. On the ground floor is a cosy lounge with large open feature granite fireplace, electric fire, colour television and video. An open staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor double and twin bedrooms (a cot is available) - the bathroom is on the ground floor and has toilet, wash hand basin and bath with shower over. A couple of low steps up from the lounge is the large kitchen/dining room which is well equipped with fitted units, microwave, sandwich toaster and high chair - if required. Adjoining this room is a utility room with washing machine, ironing facilities and additional storage space for patio furniture. Doors lead off to the bathroom and out to the sheltered internal courtyard. Linen is provided. Parking is available within a short walk if required - local transport is convenient and stop close by. Tremel is ideal for those seeking a relaxing beach holiday or exploring the west of Cornwall with many lovely beaches and coves on the Penwith Peninsula. The coastal footpath and RSPB reserve are all within a short walk. The heliport for day trips to the Isles of Scilly is a few minutes down the road. Tremel is available all year and personally supervised by the owner who lives adjacent at Trefa. The changeover day is Friday and short breaks are welcome in the off season - by arrangement.
