You can see dolphins playing from the terraces. The BBC promotional film of the balloon skimming across the seafront by the Mount was shot from directly beneath our 95-foot-long terraces; Angela Lansbury and Sam Wannamaker were also here to shoot The Shell Seekers movie. There are no roads to cross to reach the beach, ferry, or some nearby shops etc. The flat is well equipped up to English Tourist Council three star standard, and receives the same visitors year after year, for which there is a 5% discount. Courtyard Cottage is within the courtyard of The White House.There are limited sea views from inside the cottage but views from the large courtyard sun terraces more than compensate for this.  The cottage has a separate lounge, colour TV/video etc., large dining and kitchen area. Three single beds in one bedroom and two singles (or as a double) in the second bedroom accommodate up to five persons.  Views are 180-degrees from Mousehole to the Lizard.
