The Green House is a beautiful Cornish Fishermans Cottage in the pretty waterside village of Flushing near Falmouth, Cornwall.

The cottage was completely refurbished to a high 4 star standard last year in a clean and contemporary style, whilst still retaining it's charming 200 year old character. It sleeps six in 3 bedrooms.

Flushing is one of the warmest villages in the UK by virtue of its sheltered south-facing aspect on the banks of Falmouth Harbour and the Penryn River. The village has become one of the most sought-after locations in the West Country by virtue of its temperate climate, picturesque terraced cottages and beautiful surrounding countryside.

There is also immediate access onto some of the finest day sailing waters anywhere in the county, the nearby Fal Estuary, out onto Falmouth Bay and beyond to the Helford River and Western Approaches.

Visitors to Flushing are made very welcome at all times of the year as they enjoy this beautiful location on the Cornish Riviera.

The Green House has a bright entrance hall with a traditional Cornish slate floor. The lounge is equipped with SKY Plus TV, iPod docking station, Playstation and wood-burning stove.

A separate dining room leads into the modern re-fitted kitchen with solid wood worktops, halogen hob, electric oven and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen is a washer/dryer and separate WC.

From the kitchen a small courtyard leads up the feature garden. This has a tropical feel with lush planting, outdoor lighting and decked areas with sunloungers, a hammock and a table and chairs.

Upstairs, the luxury bathroom features a heated slate floor, deep bath, large separate shower and WC.

The master bedroom looks out onto the pretty street whilst the second looks onto the garden at the rear. Both feature double beds.

The third bedroom has a nautical feel with white bunk-beds and Laura Ashley fabrics and furnishings.
