DOUBLE BEDROOM : There are two,dual aspect, windows with stunning sea views, adouble bed, bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

TWIN BEDROOM : The two sash windows overlooking the pretty garden, twin beds with bedside tables, lamps and a built in wardrobe.

FAMILY BATHROOM : There is a white suite comprising of a large bath with hand shower, a basin, a mirror, a separate large walk-in shower, wc. Enjoy the sea views whilst you shower!

GARDEN : Well established, sunny, secluded, walled garden that is accessed from hall/study with camellia, mimosa, jasmine and palm agapanthus. A real sun trap. Teak table and chairs, BBQ. Paved area for shade. There is a separate walled storage area for surf boards and wet gear with outdoor tap and cold shower for washing self and wetsuits etc. Gate access from garden to front of cottage.

PARKING : Parking adjacent to Clipper Cottage for one car only on daily basis, temporary unloading space for two cars without blocking the Crescent. There is unrestricted parking on Castle Hill and Castle Drive at the end of Bay View Crescent (a few metres from the Cottage).
