Moonrakers is a comfortable house, on two levels, situated on the Trevose Estate, within five minutes walk of the Trevose Golf and Country Club, and a 10-15 minute walk to Constantine Bay beach. The house is South facing, so the patio gets the sun from early morning to the setting sun in the West in the evening; sunsets can be spectacular! In one corner of the sitting room is a delightful little cupboard bar. The rooms are light and spacious. the house is entered up steps from the parking area. There is ample parking with grassy areas. in one corner of the garden is a shed where visitors can store golf clubs, surf boards, bicycles, etc.N.B. This property is not suitable for toddlers as the garden is not enclosed and there are outside steps. One well trained dog is allowed; #10 a week. Smoking is not permitted in the property.Property comprises: large sitting room with sliding doors onto the patio. The sitting room goes through to a separate dining room, seating 8 comfortably. This room in turn goes through to the kitchen which is well equipped. Three bedrooms, 2 twin and 1 double (King size bed), on this level all have built in wardrobes, basins and dressing tables. The bathroom has bath with a shower over and toilet. Next door is a separate toilet.From the kitchen there are steps down to the lower level where the garage has been converted into a large twin room and a separate room. There is a shower room with basin and separate toilet. The washing machine and freezer are in this area.
