The Garden Cottage Flats are situated in beautiful Constantine Bay that is between Newquay and Padstow.

The three very comfortable flats are surrounded by a large grassy garden area, and most conveniently situated just 200 yards from the golden sands of Constantine Beach itself. 

All the Garden Cottage Holiday Flats are well furnished and equipped, including colour TV with a digi-box, microwave, electric blankets on all beds.  There is a washing machine available for guests to use, and plenty of space for parking.  All the Flats are surrounded by a large grassed garden with its own barbeque area that guests are welcome to use.

Tamarisk is a ground floor flat that has sleeping facilities for four people, with direct access onto a paved patio that leads onto the large grassy garden area.

From the flat there are fine views of the dunes and across the golf course to Trevose Head.

There is a Lounge/diner with colour TV and electric fire.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe & chests.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe & chest.

The fully Fitted kitchen is well equipped.

The Bathroom/WC has a heated towel rail and a shower over bath.

There is a Night store heater in the living area.

Trevose View is a first floor flat that has sleeping facilities for four people.

From this elevated position there are lovely clear views over the dunes to the sea and across the golf course to Trevose Head.

Trevose View also enjoys the use of the large grassed garden area.

The lounge/dining room has an electric fire and a colour TV

Bedroom 1 has a 5 foot double bed and built in wardrobe.

The Second Bedroom has two single beds and a built in wardrobe also.

The fully Fitted kitchen is well equipped.

The Bathroom / WC also has a heated towel rail.

There is a night storage heater in the living area.

Treliza Holiday Apartment is a maisonette with sleeping facilities for 2 persons, with views over dunes to sea and across golf course from living area.

There is access onto garden, and is ideal accommodation for two people.

Downstairs, there is the twin bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.

The living area is situated upstairs with a fitted kitchen, dining area & lounge with electric fire and colour TV.

There are heaters in the bedroom and the living area.
