It is furnished to a very high standard, centrally heated and double glazed for year round luxury and sleeps up to 6 people in total comfort. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the station for a good service into St. Ives and 6 minutes from Carbis beach.The large lounge/dining room (26ft 6in x 20ft) with continental wood floor has spectacular views across St Ives Bay and along Carbis Beach.The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and matching 3 seater sofa bed, which opens out into a 5ft wide bed. For guests sleeping on the sofa bed there is a large walk-in wardrobe off the hall. There is a 32in plasma screen TV with full satellite package package (no pay to view or interactive) and DVD/video player. A selection of DVD''s, videos, books, games and jigsaws is provided. A wing chair provides an extra seat by the window. Cooler days are made extra cosy by the living flame gas fire. The dining area has a large limed oak table and 6 comfortable Lloyd Loom chairs. The matching oak sideboard houses local maps and guides. From here sliding glass doors open onto the balcony which has 2 comfortable chairs and 2 small tables. As the apartment is on the second floor the views of the coast and sea are unimpeded in all directions. The spacious master bedroom has a large, mirror fronted wardrobe, finest duvet and pillows, bedside chests with reading lights and a 6ft bedstead. The en suite bathroom is fully equipped with walk in shower/bath and top range sanitary ware. The second bedroom is also very spacious and has twin single 3ft beds. Each has a bedside chest of drawers and a reading light. The en suite is also fully equipped with large shower, basin and WC.
