Gulliver is a large holiday cottage with 6 bedrooms. Recently renovated, it sleeps 12 in some space and style and is perfectly suited to any large gathering. Whether sunning yourself on the patio or chatting in front of a roaring log fire Gulliver is a delightful four seasons experience.

6 Bedrooms in two separate wings along with 4 bathrooms. There are 3/4 double rooms and 2/3 with twin beds. One of the double can be made into a twin.
A large main lounge, conservatory, additional TV room, and large well equipped kitchen dining room.Outside there is a good sized patio with picnic tables and a barbeque. Free Leisure membership at St Mellion.

Approached from its own private patio, you enter into the large Kitchen Dining Room. The beamed décor and glazed brick flooring create a real country atmosphere. The large table comfortably seats 12 and the brand new kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances. These include a huge steel range cooker with ceramic hob.

An archway leads you into the ante room - This small TV room is situated just off the kitchen. There is a large comfortable sofa with TV and DVD player. There is also a downstairs shower room.

The large main lounge comfortably seats 10. With its high ceilings, log fire and beamed decor it it is large yet welcoming. There is also a wide screen TV with a variety of digictal channels and DVD player. The wood burning stove keeps it warm at all times of year(wood supplied free of charge).Further on there is also a bright and airy conservatory

The Bedrooms are located in two separate wings.
Stairs from the dining area lead up to the west wing.
Bedroom 1 is a good good sized room with double bed built-in wardrobe, dressing table and views over the courtyard and lake.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with built in wardrobes with shelves and also has views over the main courtyard and lake.
Bathroom 1 is a pretty and bright room with bath and shower.

The East wing has 4 further bedrooms a bath room and a shower room.
Master bedroom This large double room has a king size bed, plenty of space, a built-in cupboard, chest of drawers and superb views over the lake and the Lynher valley beyond.
Bedroom 4 Is a good sized double room with large french windows. It has a built-in wardrobe and large bedside table with drawer space.
Bedroom 5 is a small but pretty room that catches the morning sunshine. It has a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room has twin 2'6"beds.
Bedroom 6 Has a built in wardrobe, twin 3' beds and a chest of drawers.
Bathrooms There are two bathrooms in the East wing. One has a bath with shower attachment and the other has a shower cubicle.

Outside, Gulliver has its own large patio with picnic tables and views directly onto the main lake. The small communal courtyard adjoining the patio, is fenced off for the safety of young ones.

Short breaks are available October to April (except holiday periods) and at other times by arrangement.

Golf and Leisure - Just a few miles down the road lies the renowned St Mellion International Golf & Country Club, with 3 pools and a wide range of children's activities.

Full Golf & Leisure Package - To upgrade to a full golf and leisure package, simply add £70/wk to the holiday price. This gives unlimited golf on all St Mellion Courses (Monday-Friday on the Nicklaus Course) and free use of gym.
