The Chalets
The chalets are detached and of cedar-clad construction with an open south-facing aspect. Each chalet sleeps four people and comprised one double bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have bedside table, wardrobe and ample drawer space.There is a bright lounge/diner with kitchenette, separate bathroom (shower, basin and toilet to No. 39/bath, basin and toilet to No. 40) and a paved patio with garden furniture provided. These double glazed units are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard with colour TV/video, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, utensils and all household items. You will find everything you need for a relaxing break including games, books and video's. Electricity, hot water and use of on site facilities is included and there are ample parking spaces next to the chalets.

The Site
39 and 40 Toledo are adjacent chalets situated on a quiet and secluded country coastal site on the northern outskirts of Selsey village, just eight miles south of the cathedral city of Chichester and one mile from the village centre and seafront. The 72 acre site boasts a wide range of sporting activities including its own swimming pool. Within easy reach are local beaches, the Sussex Downlands, Goodwood, Portsmouth, Isle of Wight and many tourist attractions of West Sussex. Road access is good and for those using public transport, there are frequent train services from London to Chichester, and local bus service stopping near to the site entrance.

Amenities
The heated open air swimming pool is open from late May to Mid September and includes a paddling pool for small children. Other on site facilities include tennis courts, club house and nine hole golf course. For a modest additional fee relax in the on site Cabana Club and enjoy a drink at club prices or make use of the adjoining family room - a free facility - where pool table, Sky TV and games machines are available and drinks may be purchased. The site shop is open from July 1st to Mid September and on all weekends throughout the season. There is ample safe playing space for children including an adventure play area and sandpit, football pitch and basketball nets.
