Gentle ramp to front door - no steps or stairs throughout (except step into Viking shower). A Car-port and further parking in the courtyard. Open Plan living/dining room, open to eaves with exposed beams. Fully-fitted  well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave etc. Shared  freezer. Beautiful pine furniture and luxurious sofas. Colour TV with remote, CD radio-cassette and DVD player.  

The cottage is centrally heated for year round use. There is a separate laundry room. The cottage is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, the courtyard and gardens maintained to a high standard.

Our lovely Sussex barn has been converted for recreational use and boasts a traditional skittle alley. Visitors can also play table tennis, table football, darts and basket ball. There are ride-on toys for toddlers, plus a climbing frame and slide. The adjoining games field provides space for football and other sports.

Non-allergic duvets and pillows. Hairdriers. Ladder to loft-space with room for teenager to sleep.
Full Central heating and electricity included.
Wooden garden furniture with cushions.              
Free use of separate laundry room (with tumble dryer and outside line).
Free use of leisure barn and adjoining games field with football goal. 

We have 4 delightful award-winning cottages of which The Granary is one. They all have superb settings with private water frontage on secluded peninsula in Chichester Harbour ANOB. We welcome disabled guests (2 Cottages are fully accessible), families (cots, highchairs & toys available) and dinghy sailors (slipway for launching). Play skittles, ping pong etc in our old Sussex barn. An area rich in wildlife…heritage…attractions…space…peace…beauty. 

Granary, Old Dairy and Cullimers’ Cottages each have one double and one twin, with sofa bed in lounge.  Viking cottage has one twin bedroom and a sofa bed.  Prices for 2006 from £265 to £580 per week depending on season and cottage.
