Set in 320 acres of arable and dairy farmland, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large lawn stretching down to a small stream. There are ducks and geese on the farm and visitors can also be shown the milking. The accommodation is totally self-contained with its own front and rear entrances. There is a secluded rear garden with a swing which is for the sole use of the visitors. The River Thames is just half a mile away for boat hire and riding and tennis are close by.Accommodation; Downstairs is the entrance hall with staircase, cloakroom with WC and washbasin. A spacious and comfortable sitting room with a large sofa and armchairs, large old pine corner cupboard, coffee tables, colour TV and video, inglenook fireplace with large woodburning stove. Large kitchen/diner fully fitted with floor units. Pine table and chairs, Welsh dresser, electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Large bathroom with WC, bath, shower and washbasin.Upstairs are 1 double, 1 twin bedded and 1 single bedrooms with separate WC. Electricity and heating is metered and payable to the owner.
