A detached 2 storey house built about 14 years ago, adjoining the beach with views over the sea and coastline and the adjacent countryside. The area behind the house is Pett Level Preservation land.On the ground floor is a dining room with sideboard, dining table and chairs. A large kitchen with De Deitrich dual fuel cooker, microwave oven/grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, modern fitted Shaker style units and CD/radio/tape player. A shower room with electric shower, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.On the first floor is the lounge with patio doors to a large balcony overlooking the sea, colour TV with teletext, DVD player, video player, armchairs and settee, portable CD/radio/tape player and payphone. Garden furniture provided. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize double bed, double wardrobe, drawers and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, double wardrobe and drawers and clock radio. There is a bathroom with WC. Gas central heating. Rear garden leading to beach. Parking off road for 2 vehicles.Pillows, 4 x 3' duvet and some blankets are provided. You will need to bring towels, teatowels, pillowcases and bed linen. Rents are per week for the dates shown for 2005. These rates are for up to 6 people. To satisfy health and safety regulations please let me know the names of those who will be staying. Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a non-returnable deposit of £100 per week. Please make cheques payable to Mrs L Robinson. Balance of rent to be paid 6 weeks in advance on receipt of which, a key will be forwarded to you. Please leave the key in the kitchen at the end of the holiday.It is recommended that you take insurance cover in case you have to cancel. Whilst every effort would be made to re-let on your behalf in the event of a cancellation, visitors are liable for the full rental.
