The ancient and beautiful town of Rye is approximately 5 miles away with several picturesque narrow cobbled streets and wonderful historic houses. Winchelsea beach is 2 miles and the seaside town of Hastings is around 7 miles.Inside consists of a cosy open plan living area, with fitted kitchen units. Furnished with dining table and chairs, two armchairs and a colour television. A log-burning stove provides heating during the winter with an additional electric heater. Off of this area is a separate shower room and cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
