These beautifully presented cottages are in a great position for touring the many local attractions. Thoughtfully developed and furnished with all the comforts of home. All of the properties have a modern well equipped kitchen/dining room, a cloakroom, comfortable lounge with French doors leading into a secure garden. Three of the cottages (Oak, Elm and Beech) have a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a family bathroom. Lime cottage is the larger of the properties and has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom (has the facility of being made into a double for couples), a single bedroom, together with a family bathroom. To the front of the cottages is ample private parking. This is a wonderful location for couples or families with children, together with the family pet. There are walks from the cottages over the Brede Valley. In the village is a bakers and sausage shop together with a general store, pub and restaurant. The village of Broad Oak Brede is situated within a short drive of the picturesque town of Rye, which has cobbled streets, quaint tearooms and restaurants and an abundance of shops for all tastes. Rye railway station provides access to London, with a journey time of 75 minutes. The beaches of Winchelsea and Camber Sands are approximately 3 and 6 miles away respectively. The major seaside town of Hastings is only 10 miles and has many interesting places to visit for all ages. This is a great location for visiting the famous gardens at Great Dixter and Sissinghurst.
