The Grounds

Being a former pub/restaurant/hotel the property has sizeable grounds with ample parking areas. The barn has lawns to the sides and rear and guests are welcome to make use of the outside facilities. A picnic bench/seats and kettle barbecue are supplied with each property.

Location

Situated near the village of Petham, on the old Roman road Stone Street, between Canterbury and Hythe. Just 4 miles out of the historic city of Canterbury and within 15 minutes of the Channel Tunnel. Both the M20 and M2 are within easy reach as are numerous gardens, historic houses, castles and seaside resorts. The nearest pub is less than a mile away with several others within 1/1.5 miles. All serve good food. A village shop is available in the next village and Canterbury has a good selection of shops/restaurants and take-aways.
