The holiday village is perfectly placed for exploring the delightful `Garden of England' as well being within easy reach of the many visitor attractions and golf courses. Within the holiday village there are a large number of facilities available to residents, mostly without charge. There is a swimming pool, with separate children's pool, tennis court, children's games room, volley ball, table tennis, crazy golf, badminton, BBQ and open play area. The beautiful Kingsdown beach is just a five minute walk from the holiday village. The beach is safe for children and at low tide, Oldstairs Bay provides the perfect place to explore the hidden world of rock pools.
Guests can also enjoy use of the Clubhouse which offers a fully licensed bar & restaurant, as well as hosting live entertainment, discos, quizzes and bingo. Within the site there is also a shop, for all those little essentials, and a launderette.
The complex comprises a number of A-frame Scandinavian style lodges each with a sunny veranda leading through to a large lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The lodge can accomadate up to six people in 2-3 bedrooms.
