Spoonlets, is a three bedroomed accommodation, forming part of an oast house. Stylishly and comfortably furnished, with exceptionally lovely views from the balcony, across farmland, to Bedgebury Pinetum and the Great Lake.

Ground floor entrance hall with wood burning stove, one double bedded room and bathroom. Upstairs to the living accommodation, comprising a large well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony. The second bathroom is on this level .Up a steep flight of stairs over the living room is a galleried double bedroom, with three single beds. The third bedroom has two single beds. 

 Sleeps 6/7 (+ cot)

The cottage is stylishly furnished, with dish washer, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, video, stereo, colour television, and telephone. Bed linen(duvets), tea towels and oven gloves are included; towels may be hired on request. There is ample parking, and also have use of the well kept grounds, with a badminton net, croquet, and tennis court. There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 200 yards from the cottages.

Electricity is included from May to October, but charged at cost during the winter months. All central heating is electric, and all the cottages have wood burning stoves. Firewood can be purchased from us at £2.00 per basket. Barbecues can be supplied on request, and we can arrange baby sitters. ' no smoking indoors please '

A pet is permitted in this cottage at an extra cost of £15.00 per week.
