The cottages are part of a collection of Grade II listed buildings forming what was once a Victorian model farm.

Both cottages are fully double-glazed, have modern fitted kitchens and are pleasantly furnished.

The cottages are personally maintained and cleaned by the owners.

Forelands is a semi-detached, single storey, Grade II listed stone barn-conversion.
