Dairy Cottage is a delightful self-catering cottage, situated in a beautiful rural location in the heart of the Island, near the picturesque village of Godshill. The Cottage is furnished to a very high standard, with all accommodation on one ground floor. It contains 2 bedrooms, the main being a King size and the second can either be another King or a Twin (Twins are 2’6" wide). There is a charming lounge/dining room with a Patio door leading to a private courtyard with wooden garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, offering integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer and oven/grill. As well as a microwave oven and fridge/freezer. There is also a good-sized bathroom, decorated to a high standard, with a bath with showerhead attachment.Dairy Cottage is an ideal location for couples of families wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a centralised location surrounded by beautiful countryside. A selection of scenic walks are very accessible from the owner’s 8 acres of farmland, leading to the seaside towns of Sandown and Ventnor, as well as the famous Tennyson Trail. There are good cycle routes near by also, which lead to Newport and Sandown. Indeed, the central location of Dairy Cottage is ideal for those holiday makers wishing to see as much of the beautiful Isle of Wight as possible.Newport is only 5 minutes drive, for all amenities and shops. Ventnor, Sandown and Shanklin are only 15 minutes drive. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. All linen and utilities included. Complimentary bottle of wine for new arrivals.
