No. 1 Seymour Court is a self-catering holiday cottage, sleeping up to 5 people. It is situated in a private courtyard on the waterfront at East Cowes and is within easy walking distance of Cowes via the free floating bridge. A variety of pubs, restaurants, attractions and shops are all easily accessible by foot. An ideal base to explore the Island by day and Cowes by night.The cottage is decorated in a modern style to provide comfortable accommodation and has private off-road parking in front of the property.The lounge is on the first floor and offers superb, unobstructed views of Cowes, Medina and the Solent. There is a balcony off the lounge, which faces out to the Solent waters, ideal for watching the boats or the sunset over Cowes.The kitchen is also on the first floor and is well equipped, containing a four burner hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and toaster.The bathroom and bedrooms are on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes for all the guests. The second bedroom contains full size bunk beds. The bathroom has bath and shower facilities.All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided. Hot water and central heating are included.No smoking indoors. No pets.
